Terms of service
Effective date: 1 May 2026
These terms govern the cleaning services provided by Prestige Clean Up (Luxembourg) to its residential and corporate clients.
1. Scope of services
Prestige Clean Up provides professional ecological cleaning services for residential (B2C) and corporate (B2B) clients. The specific tasks and frequency are defined in the Bespoke Maintenance Plan approved by the client before the first intervention.
2. Pricing and payment
Rates: our current net rates are minimum €25/hour for residential services and €35/hour for corporate services. Event services are subject to a personalised quote. Tax exemption: pursuant to Article 57 of the Luxembourg VAT Law, Prestige Clean Up operates under the tax franchise scheme; therefore, no VAT is applied to our invoices. Minimum order: each intervention is subject to a minimum duration of 1 hour. Invoicing: invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 14 days of receipt via bank transfer.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
We value your time and our schedule. Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled intervention. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service.
4. Client obligations
Access: the client must ensure that Prestige Clean Up has safe access to the premises at the agreed time. Safety: the client must inform us of any specific hazards or delicate materials (e.g. marble, antique wood, specific electronics) that require special attention.
5. Liability and insurance
Prestige Clean Up is covered by professional liability insurance. While we take extreme care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear of surfaces. Any claim must be reported within 24 hours following the intervention.
6. Ecological commitment
We exclusively use eco-certified and non-toxic products. If the client requests the use of their own specific chemical products, Prestige Clean Up declines all responsibility regarding the result or potential allergic reactions.
7. Confidentiality and discretion
As a boutique firm, we guarantee absolute discretion. No information regarding your private or professional life encountered during our interventions will ever be shared with third parties.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
