Accessibility statement

The declaring organisation "Prestige Clean Up" undertakes to make its websites accessible, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), transposed in Luxembourg by the law of 8 March 2023 and applicable since 28 June 2025 to digital services provided to consumers. This accessibility statement applies to the following pages:

What is digital accessibility?

Everyone must be able to easily use and consult the information on a website or application, especially people with disabilities and/or those using assistive software or specialised hardware (visual, hearing, physical, cognitive impairments, etc.).

Compliance status

These websites are substantially compliant with European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 and with the Web Accessibility Evaluation Framework (RAWeb) v1.1, which implements it. This statement is based on an internal self-assessment; an independent external audit is planned to confirm the compliance level.

Accessibility features

High-contrast mode: a dedicated button, available from the site header, enables a high-contrast display. Unlike a simple dark mode, it applies a solid black background and pure white text across all content, reducing eye strain and maximising the distinction between text and background (contrast ratio above 7:1, WCAG AAA). The preference is remembered between visits.

Text enlargement up to 200%: the site is designed to support significant text zoom. You can double the font size without text overlapping, being cut off, or going outside the screen. Via your browser — on Windows: Ctrl and + to enlarge, Ctrl and - to shrink; on macOS: Cmd and + to enlarge, Cmd and - to shrink.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 1 May 2026. The information it contains is accurate and based on an actual evaluation of these websites' compliance with the requirements set out in RAWeb 1.1, in the form of a self-assessment carried out by "Prestige Clean Up". The statement was last reviewed on 25 May 2026.
