Privacy policy

Effective date: 1 May 2026

At Prestige Clean Up, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy informs you how we look after your personal data when you visit our website and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Introduction

Prestige Clean Up (Luxembourg) is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website and during the provision of our services.

2. Data we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the following information. Identity data: first name, last name. Contact data: email address, office/home address, phone number. Service data: type of profile (corporate/residential), property details, and specific requirements provided in your message.

3. How we use your data and legal basis

We only use your personal data to: respond to your inquiries and provide bespoke cleaning proposals (legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, Art. 6.1.b GDPR); manage our client relationship once a contract is concluded, including scheduling and invoicing (performance of a contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR); comply with legal or regulatory obligations in Luxembourg, in particular accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation, Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

4. Data retention

We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Contact form submissions that do not result in a contract are deleted within 12 months. Contractual and invoicing data is retained for 10 years from the end of the accounting year, in accordance with Luxembourg legal obligations.

5. Data security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way. Access to your personal data is limited to the founder of Prestige Clean Up.

6. Your legal rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: access — request a copy of your personal data; rectification — request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; erasure — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"); restriction and objection to processing; data portability; withdrawal of consent at any time where processing relies on it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority: Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, www.cnpd.lu.

7. Third-party providers and international transfers

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States, with a global infrastructure that includes data centres in the European Union) and contact form messages are delivered through Resend, Inc. (United States). These providers act as processors within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR. When data is transferred to the United States, it is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission and, where applicable, by the provider's adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not use any behavioural analytics, advertising profiling, or tracking cookies: audience measurement is provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses neither cookies nor persistent identifiers.
